Default O2 sensor P0140 error code

Hi, anyone had any experience with P0140 error code on a 2008 impreza sti hatch. The car has been decatted and every 100 miles or so the Eml comes on with code p0140 o2 sensor. Is there a mod you need to do when running a decat etc or is it a fault with the sensor or wiring?

Thanks

DTC P0140 O2 SENSOR CIRCUIT NO ACTIVITY DETECTED (BANK1 SENSOR2)

It's either dead, wiring harness fault, or has been removed in the decat process.

the car has been mapped with all the mods on it, so I presume the car was mapped with the decat.

i did remove a loop out of the wiring harness a few months when sorting a different problem out, as I wasn’t sure why there would be a loop in the harness or the o2 sensor. Should I have kept the loop in?

As I posted in your other thread................
you may find a resistor under that gunk, if it's been deleted
