im getting 91-93c at 70 mph,

i refilled the system after my clutch change and had to use some normal water to get the correct levels, have i had to use too much water? I wouldn't expect to see 90+ unless stuck in traffic?

That's what id call normal and fans only come on at 96c

 

I would expect close to your stat rating, in winter and cruising in unhindered driving.
