Guys,

I've noticed more and more smoke coming from around the Turbo on cold starts! It's been getting worse over the past few weeks. Once engine is up to temp it gets better but still smokes. I've got it booked in with Subaru tomo to take a look but it's got so bad now I'm worried I won't even make it there! wondered if someone could give me a heads up as to what the problem is and can I risk driving it to the garage tomo!? I'm thinking turbo gaskets failing as oil consumption has been getting worse recently. Any help appreciated....

Model and year of the car might help and also if standard or modified engine/turbo fitted

 

Could be leaking exhaust sesling up when hot. Get in there on a cild stat and you might see
