No - the magnex is twin dump - one pipe for the wastegate one for the exhaust meeting up at the bend down the bottom. The scoobysport is a single pipe for both wastegate and exhaust.
On the same day - dyno figs for mine and a mates car, identical bar the exhaust system (his scoobysport, mine magnex) were almost exactly the same - he had slightly more bhp (2) and I had more torque (5).
