Default Where does this bolt go, classic V5 interior?

Ok first of all, never take your car apart and then leave it for 6 years or more before putting it together again

So can anyone help me out with where this is supposed to be? I think it's a 12mm head.

I had the dash out and also the beam behind it but put it back together many years ago but didn't fit the rest of the interior so started looking at it now.

I found the bolt above on the driver's carpet which looks very much like one of the bolts holding the seats to the floor but they are black and I don't think I touched them at all. https://parts.lehmansubaru.com/p/Sub...901250029.html

I looked at the parts diagrams and I don't think anything similar is used to hold the dash, steering column or the beam. That's my main concern that I haven't forgot anything holding the steering column or similar. Of course I have looked under the dash and column but didn't find anything obvious missing.

Thanks!

Wish it would have been that easy but the seat bolts are shorter, black and with a bigger washer. This also has some white paint/marker on the head and so do many other bolts under the dash so it must be from there somewhere.

I might have to remove the dash again to see what I have missed. It's probably supposed to be bolted to the beam somewhere. The only odd thing is the spring washer it has, the other bolts to the dash or beam only have normal washers. I also have the driver's side door card removed but don't think there's anything that big in the door.

I already had a look there and everything was in place. And the attachment points need those wider washers.

Will have another look after work tonight.

I found another one outside the car and the washers had some oval marks matching the holes in the beam. They seem a bit too long for this but can't find another place. Every seat, brace and belts were bolted the way the should.

Thanks for the help

Forgot to update. I had actually used the wrong bolts to fasten the steering column to the steering beam
