Default Exhaust blowing from inaccessible place

Hi guys. My exhaust has started to blow on the connection from the manifold to the up pipe. I can feel that one bolt is missing and another is loose. I can't seem to get a spanner/socket in there so how do I go about sorting this? Do I really need to drop the turbo, manifold from the heads etc etc
TIA

Undo engine mounting bolts possibly dogbone/pitch mount then lift engine a wee bit should give you just enough room slip new gasket in and hope for the best. Mounting bolts are all 14mm
