Default Leaking boot

Hi guys,

My boot is leaking! Shocker! It's a bit different to what I've been used to previously though, the water seems to collect in the ridge at the bottom by the locking mechanism, previously it's been a seam/glue that's parted causing it or through the holes where the spoiler attaches. I can't work out where it's coming from as the boot lid itself is dry with no signs of water ingress but that seems to be the only place it could be coming from? I suppose it could actually be the boot seal but it seems to be sealing ok?

Anyone got any ideas/had this issue before?

Cheers,

Chris.

The water is pooling the wrong side of the seal as seen in the pictures above.

Likely to be the seal, then. I'd remove it and replace it with a bed of this: http://www.caravan-components.co.uk/...-in-400ml-Tube under it.

Had similar on mine.
In fact, I think I've had EVERY possible leak into the boot:
Through the lights.
Through the spoiler holes.
Past the seal.
Via the vents low down in the side panels.
And even via a dodgy rear windscreen seal.
