Ive just refurbed my suspension and polybushed the front (back to do!). The suspension does feel rock hard now though. Is this normal?

Also i cant remember looking at my front springs before, but they seem awfully compressed like the bottom 3 turns are tight together. Im sure i put them back together correctly...

Maybe its just me being paranoid!
