Default ECU pinouts sorted by colours?

Hello i have a 2000 Impreza that had a Autronic SM4 installed, im about to change to link now
i have found the pinouts here
http://www.brdevelopments.com/docs/MY99ecu.pdf

But my problem is that the connectors has ben removed so all i can do now is to go by the colours of the OEM lead, Does anyone have a page where i can see what cable runts to what by their colours? as they are all unique i assume this is a way to do it aswell? or do i have to measure every cable?

Best regards

Most stuff sorted out now but i have one thing that i wonder, i have 2 wires that controlls the Fans (one Green and Red) thats supposed to sit at "A13" and a Red and Blue at "A4"

But i also have 4 Green and Red (a bit thicker) wires that goes into 2 pins and i cant identify them, they look like this

Any clue what those are?

looking at the wiring diagram, there is a GR from fuse 11 to the fuel pump relay and to the ECU. it also appears to go to the ignition coil..

I should also say - i'm not an expert...!

B10 also shows as GR going to the air con system

The ECU is referenced in the following wiring systems (not just the Engine electrical)as well

Grounding Distribution
Air Conditioning
Anti Lock brakes
Cruise Control
Immobiliser
Oil Pressure & Temp Gauge (RHD only?)
Radiator Fan (with or without A/C)

(unfortunately I only have the 97 edition of the service manual so there maybe some differences)
