Default Overheating HELP!!!!

Hi guys my car is overheating something ridiculous.
The car has been off the road a few weeks let me tell you what I’ve done in case I’ve ****ed something up
I’ve swapped the turbo for a vf35 (first ever turbo swap)
Fitted a front mount intercooler (first time ever)
Enlarged inlet pipe with large KnN cone
The car ran perfect before doing all that now it’s coughing and spluttering and getting to max temp within 2 mins of running

What could i have done to cause this and how can I fix it?

Airlocked it I'd say

How can I fix it? Drain it all?

Alcazar had a full guide on here on coolant replacement without airlocks don't know if it's still up tho have a search pal
