Default best replacement dumpvalve for FMIC mounted 425bhp STi?

So I'm fully aware this topic will have been posted hundreds of times on here about dumpvalves, but I need some advice.

My car has an HKS SSQV dump valve attached to the front mounted intercooler piper work of my ej25 hawk sti. The valve has developed a leak so needs replacing. Whats the best quality valves I can use to handle the increased boost my car puts out?

Was looking at the recirculating valves but don't want to mess the tune up I have on the car?

After a valve that's quiet, not into the chavvy whoosh sounds.

Cheers

Lewis

Its very old mate, I'd rather just buy a new one with a guarantee for peace of mind

Got a turbosmart dual port on my front mount. You can wind it right down so it recircs more than dumps, or wind it right out for lots of noise.

Yea was looking at these turbosmart dual port valves, they seem like a pretty solid, well manufactured piece of kit

This is what mine looks like http://www.turbosmart.com/wp-content...ct_DP_34mm.jpg

All 3 of the 'ports' unscrew, you can swap them about.

Oh that's cool, so you can turn it into a fully recirc valve and a vta valve, that's good.

I like the look of this Turbosmart Vee Port Pro too... I like the fact you can adjust the spring to your requirements https://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/perfo...e-vee-port-pro

The way I have mine setup at the moment you really do have to put the foot down for it to not recirc, so theres no embarrassing noise going through town at all, only in the lanes.

not the Kompact, it's the larger version as on Turbo Dynamics and Subru4you websites, part number TS0205-1215/1216.
The dual port one is TS-0205- 1015/1016
