Hi people refitting my turbo inlet pipe after rebuild, but can remember if one of the pipes is to be left empty, or is it to join on somewere, the car has fmic not tmic and also no dump valve, was of for a while so forgot any info would be great.

That's the outlet to the stock recirc valve so if you aren't running one you need to fit a bung
