Default Creaking noise driving me insane

Hi guys,

Over the last few months I have begun to notice a creaking noise when pushing down and releasing the clutch and accelerator pedals.
It is more noticeable when first pulling away in the morning but at speed the noise goes but it is also noticeable at low speed.
I can feel it through the pedals and gradually over time it has got worse.
It does not feel like its impacting the performance of the car, but obviously something isn't happy as it shouldn't be making any noise at all.
I did do a google search and found something about a clutch fork or something from one of the slave cylinders?

Any ideas?
I can provide more info if you need it

Cheers

Steve

Look at where the pedal pivots.

What car? Hatches can suffer from poor welds on the firewall.
