Default 450 BHP Turbo ?

Hello all, after some recommendations regarding a turbo for my HAWK STI. Three years ago and 30,000 miles ago I upgraded to a SC46 with a FMIC. I had the work carried out by TFS and the mapping done at Surrey rolling road. Recently decided to move forward and have the engine rebuilt / forged using mainly Cosworth & RCM parts, also upgrading the cooling system and the drivetrain. Mapping this time was carried out by Andy Carr. However the SC46 turbo has failed big time resulting in a bent shaft and the turbo needing a entire new core if I have it rebuilt. Considering replacing the entire unit, possibly with a MD321V as I want something capable and strong enough to handle the 475bhp the car is currently running. Any suggestions welcome thanks.

Md321v should do the trick, would also consider the precision turbo from RCM also rated to approx 500bhp. Both are standard position also for ease of fitting

Other than any uprated internals, what are your 'supporting mods' to get that power on a Hawk Sti? I'm (eventually!) aiming for around that on my current forged build and just wondering how much I need to save!

Based on the feedback, reviews and cost, I'm considering a Forced Performance turbo also.

Cheers

Default Supporting mods

Well apart from cosworth & Rcm forged internals I also uprated the oil pump to a Cosworth modified 13mm along with the pickup pipe, changed the cams to a set of RCM fast road ones. Bigger injectors and updated fuel rail, already had a FSE reg installed along with a Walbro 255 but might need to uprate soon to a larger bosch unit. Other than that just the normal stuff etc, larger alloy rad & header tank, 3" turbo back decat, stage 2 clutch and lighten flywheel etc .
