Default Which exhaust for track/competition use?

This is for a 2.0 Blob STI. I want to go full decat now and will want an exhaust as mine is an unknown make. I want to go 400bhp+ long term, but initially I am going to shoot for 350bhp when it is mapped.

I'm assuming a 3" system would meet my needs, but I don't know which exhausts are suitable for track and competition use. Not even sure what sort of noise limits they impose on Hillclimbing and TOTB type stuff so will need to look that up, but I'm presuming it will be something around 95/98db like most track days.

If there's a nice lightweight system on the market that meets these needs then even better, but that's just a bonus really. It needs to be something I can get used for no more than £300 really as I've got a lot to buy and funds aren't endless.

Owner experiences of the various systems would be most welcome!

Are they decent build quality Banny?

Also, do I need a resonated system or are there de-res systems that will be OK?

yep decent quality, I had it measured and it came to 90-91db and you should be able to find one for around £300. centre section was not resonated on the one I had

Oh, look what I've got sat here in my garage. A revolution exhaust system.
Fully noise legal, certainly at the local hillclimbs as I've done then.
Great exhaust, unfortunately no longer made

Just put a revolution on mine end of last year. Turbo back was 600 direct from revolution. Not had it measured sound wise but it's quieter than most

Christ, that's expensive, that's why I need a used system! Lots of other stuff to sort.
