Default Fuel pump fuse

Evening all I have a small problem with my fuel pump fuse blowing. Only done it twice in 5 months but it's been both at bad times (traffic lights and pulling out of tesco). It's a 15 amp one and wondered if fitting a 20 amp would cure it but also if there's a reason for it blowing maybe some of you have had somthing similar?
any advice would be great
TIA
