Default STi Rad Cap

I've recently bought an STi rad cap from someone on a Facebook selling page as my original one is looking a little tired. I didn't realise at the time that the original is a 1.1bar and the STi is a 1.3bar cap. Has anyone fitted an STi cap to a '00 classic and found any problems? I've read various forums on this very subject, but there's mixed reviews!!
Also, does it look like a genuine cap or a copy? The seller told me that he originally bought it from Scooby Parts, but after receiving it I'm not sure that it's the real deal?

I have on eon my 98 classic but my entire coolant system was changed (new pump etc) during it's new engine build so all my stuff is brand new.

Import Car Parts sell real ones (well hopefully for the price they are )

Couple of pictures on their site http://www.importcarparts.co.uk/parts-info.asp?id=9446

All the dodgy ones I've noticed sell for about £14 on ebay
