Default What track turbo 380 to 400odd bhp

I'm In the market for a new turbo to suit running around a track there's no road use with this car and I'm not set on power but the cars at 300hp and tbh it needs a bit more go init .
With there so many variables involved ideally I'd rather spool speed to ultimate power as most the tracks around here are more bends than flat out speed I really enjoy Caldwell as a rule and Oulton park .
I would also like reliability from what I've seen the brass or metal caged bearings are the best for the job I keep wondering if I should just go the vf34 route ?
Any tips or experiences are most welcomed !

Md321h is a brilliant turbo I have one on my car, 2.0sti, gets 1.5bar by 3500rpm on my set up . It is a roller bearing turbo but I don't think it uses cages
Andy Williams of Williams motorsport has been doing billet vf34 with excellent results if u want to use a vf turbo
