As above. A properly plumbed in boost gauge with show vac at idle and off boost coasting etc. Usually connected to a spare nipple on the intake manifold.

Either t into compressor outlet or just before throttle body. The former will show slightly higher boost pre intercooler.
I have to ask why?

Where is what? The barb on the compressor outlet or the inlet to the throttle body/throttle body side of the intercooler?
