Default R160 Diff info needed

Hi,

A little backstory to this, I bought what I believed to be a Tomei 2 way for a R200 Diff to fit my 200SX S14a, went out and bought a casing and everything to fit it.
Turns out the diff is way too small to fit and after a bit of research it appears to be a R160 Diff which I believe is used in a number of Subarus?

So my questions are, what model Subarus use a R160 diff and also what sort of demand is there for such a diff?

Thanks

Most classics run r160 apart from some type r have r180. Whats the spec of the diff itself? Is it a plated lsd?
