Decat up pipe help

Decat up pipe help
Hi all I've just put a decat Turbo up pipe on my bugeye, the decat uppipe I've got has not fitting/ mounting hole for the EGT sensor, is this sensor a must have or will it be ok with out, do I just do without it,or how do I get round it, I'm having a remap on Thursday morning will it be ok
