Hello. Yesterday my spec c engine died. anyone know where i can buy a new one or a good used one? if used, anyone knows a trusty seller that will do a compression test and so on before?

Cross checking some of the part numbers between JDM SpecC EJ207 and UK EJ207, the pistons/rings/BigEnd shells/Mains and crank are all the same.........

All Newage sti use the same scd block and forged Pistons, 2005on they used hypereratic pistons, same block. Only the hatch jdm came with thick wall blocks and the silicone content Pistons from my understanding
The twinscroll use same block as others but use high content silicone Pistons
'I think that's right'

And the diffrence in hypereratic Pistons and forged, th hypereratic Pistons are more to buy and don't expand as much but will fatigue over time and crack.
