Hey folks,


as one of the next mods on my 2005 WRX STI I would like to swap the steering rack for a JDM one.


Would this cause problems with the steering angle or yaw sensors?
Could it affect the DCCD auto mode?
Or is it a straightforward swap?


Any advice would be appreciated!

Yeah, think this has been done a lot of times, so hopefully someone can shed some light on this. I could only find little bits of info here and there.


Hehe! No, cheap doesn't exactly spring to mind! But looks like the racks go for 300ish so in my Subaru infested mind I can still live with that..
