Default , couple of questions...

Hi,

I have been doing my research on this but have a couple of questions i couldnt find, below are current specs

STI type uk ej207

MD321T billtet
RCM headers/ trick up pipe
340lph fuel pump
850cc inkectors
mishimoto fmic
ap racing stage 2 clutch/ flywheel
3" full decatted exhaust

I want to stay 2.0 litre really rather than 2.1 stroker but how much difference does that 100cc make? I have read that a sorted 2 litre will be practically the same? i would like it to be more responsive off boost though it has to be said.
I will also be changing the turbine to a bigger one which will get me to 480bhp ive been told, any idea on what torque figures i would be looking at?

Thanks for any advice

The 100cc will help with spool and torque, on track that statement probably holds true about the 2 litre vs 2.1 but on road there will be be noticeable difference lower down and off boost. The MD321T billet with meth may even get you 480bhp, next option is to MD321V however that is a 500+ turbo or possibly an SC46. Torque id say somewhere between 400-430lb/ft

Thank you for the reply. Looks like I have no option but to go for the 2.1 then as I want more driveability low down.
I do like the idea of meth but it's more the inconvenience of storing it etc. I think it's 300 to change the turbine.
My main thing is I would prefer more torque and driveability off boost but I can't do anything more without forging it.

What about a high compression build for off boost performance ??

Guy in my work claims his b18 turbo makes 380bhp at 5psi

Will perform better off boost yes but to get the best out of them higher quality fuel is advised v power plus meth at a minimum
