I have just installed a 3 port catch can on my hawkeye STI and went down the PCV delete route. (please don't start a debate on PCV vs no PCV). I understand the idle is slightly up and down probably due to metered air now not recirculating i have a couple of question;

1) will i be okay to drive it around until i get it sorted

2) waiting to hear back from my mapper, but as i understand it if i go mafless this will resolve the issues. Can this be done on a stock ECU with EcuTek software ?
