Engine wont start after bogging down
So i will run through a quick overview,
Went to work this morning was driving fine
arrived at work with car still running fine i then noticed a little smoke coming from the scoop so i looked under the bonet and it smelt like burning plastic. I thought nothing of it at the time.
Went to leave work and from the second i started it the car felt like it had a loss of power.
Got about 2 miles and it still had no power i then went to overtake a car so i put my foot down and the car completely died. Nothing, i coasted to a lay-by and tried to restart my car and had no luck. I looked under the bonnet again and saw more smoke coming from what looked like a ht lead and it smelt badly of burning. I may also add that i have a switch to prime my fuel pump and now when i turn the switch it no longer primes. So i checked all the switch was working which it was checked all wires and everything was fine. Finally i thought "ah maybe my fuel pump has seized" so i spliced into its power line and gave it power directly but it then primed, so i knew it wasnt that. Also checked all fuses and all fine, even replaced the ones that could cause it not to start to be 100% sure
It now will no longer start just cranks but nothing else.

Thanks found out it was my airbag fuse as saw the airbag wire had burnt so checked it and now it starts but still bogs down so will check coil packs tomorrow. Its a 99 classic NA impreza shell with a 93 STI JDM engine.
