Default Turbosmart bov service

Stripped down my turbosmart supersonic as it wasn't dumping properly, was very dirty and sticky.

What would be best for greasing the piston, grease or oil?

Just put a light coat of engine oil on it.

sewing machine oil mate, thats what i use.

is the same as what they use.
