Default Water Meth Injection

Thoughts, advice?
Any one given it a go?

Thinking of going this route ...rather than tipping Meth into the fuel tank.
Obviously it will cost more but it seems to be more convenient and the gains perhaps are bigger.
And my car is stored for weeks at a time...so I do not want meth in the system. I just want to run on V power and have something I can turn on and off.

Here are some links for those interested

Steve I never actually fitted it on my first car but I was going to use an aquamist 2D system with a dds 3 gauge to monitor it. I think it makes more sense for you running water/meth injection as you dont drive the car regularly so wont get caught with low water/meth, gains wise I was told intank yields better bang for buck but be nice to see how you go.

Still got the pics of my setup:

Hi Banny - If I could run the tank dry that was say running a 20% meth mix, fill up with V power and switch maps. Then fine...but as you say Banny it does not pan out for me like that and the car can be pulled off the track and sat up for for a few weeks with half a tank or whatever is sat in it. I also do not like the idea of handling meth and the hassle of driving about with it, having to fill up the right size containers.

Head up to stay with Matty next Thursday so will chat to him about it.
The Devilsown...looks cheaper than the Aquamist....dunno much about it....to be honest LOL

I have the Perrin PWI-1 system which is essentially the same as Banny's, mostly Aquamist but marketed by perrin, I think they supplied a fitting bracket.
Zen fitted it for me about 8years ago and apart from the odd blown fuse it hasn't blinked.
Duncan reckons it gives me 20hp but that's not it. I have a topmount and it runs 440hp quite comfortably, 466hp when I ran meth in the tank, also it copes well on track.
The system is activated at around 1bar boost and above. The failsafe restricts the car to 1bar if either a) not switched on or blown fuse, low flow due to blocked jet or tank empty.
I use 60%meth/40% deionised water, usage is minimal on road, track it's 7-10 litres for 100 litres fuel. I also run a Nos system which is a very different animal.
The W/MI seems more popular in the States, not much here.
