This should do it along with some slightly bigger injectors and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
Your engine and gearbox may not be happy at that level though depending how you drive

If you still have the standard brakes and gearbox then you have some work to do even if you get it there, the gearboxes spit their guts once you start climbing in the mid 300`s up.

Agreed on the gearbox but had my engine rebuilt about 5000 miles ago forged pistons, sti8 rods, acl race bearings and rcm head gaskets and mark at tdr said it should be safe at 400bhp but what gearbox to go for? as the 6 speeds are ridiculous prices. What injector's 750cc?

Yeah 750s are ample and you might not need the aftermarket fuel pressure reg with those.
6 speed is the best way forward really. There's PPG and apparently the newer 5 speeds are stronger but the best proven easiest way is just fit a 6 speed once yours let's go

PPG use to use the standard 5th gear which sort of defeats the object and its as expensive as a 2nd hand 6 speed box for the kit alone. SC do a 5 speed kit I believe but you will need a clutch, brakes etc, its cheaper buying a newer (New age) STI tbh.
