Default What oil for run/break in? v4 sti!!

Hi Guys so nearly ready to finish off rebuilding my v4 sti all stock internals now what oil to run in the engine before any1 post i did read alot for a few month's now and still not sure where or what because there is so many opinions and thoughts.. dough which one to go for? Overall i was thinking to put mineral 10w40 get the engine idling till hot take it out for 20-40 mile spin with boost so the rings bed in and then change oil again and keep it under 4k rpm till 500 mile? change again for ? correct me if im wrong any help would be appreciated!! I used halford mineral oil 10-40 for the first 500 miles then changed to the same oil done another 1000 then swapped to the good stuff (fuchs 15-50),,, I just drove it like a normal car , ie didn't wait for it to warm up really just drove it from cold off boost then drove normally once warm ,, if it needed a tiny bit of boost to get the car moving then I'd use some if not then I'd stay off boost but didn't baby it around

One lot for the first 30 miles, another up to about 250 and then a final lot to take it to 750 miles or so.
