Anyone shed any light on what is going on here got these tiny bubbles popping up all over my blob eye looks like there's a tiny fleck in the centre of each one?

Is it marks on the paint or is it bubbling underneath it?

Micro blisters, dampness/reaction under the topcoat (laquer)

Hi yeah that's what it looks like on a area on the roof and one on the wing at the other side just appeared can you tell me what causes this?

Its most likely been painted before, mosture under the laquer or can happen if its been covered up and the cover keeps dampness trapped it travels into the top coat. Will need rubbed down and the top coat re applied to fix the problem.
