Default New Turbo, New injector Trouble fitting

Hiey guys,
I'm currently in the process of fitting an sc42 and power enterprise 800cc injectors to my 2003 sti.

Trouble is the female connection from my braided oil feed for turbo wont screw onto my oil feed male part that comes of the back of the block.

The part where i disconnected my vf35 from. they are same size just different thread. possibly metric / bspt
There is a banjo further down going onto the block but i believe it continues further under to the avcs so i cannot connect there either.

next problem is the power enterprise injectors are a little taller than the pink i've removed and now the fuel rail is tight going on and wont sit high enough.
Ive been told you can get spacers ?
does anyone know the dimensions of the spacer or where to buy them from ?

Mapping next Thursday and the car is in pieces need your help guys
Any advice would be appreciated

You can get A new braided oil feed from ebay or contact the turbos maker for info. They also replace the whole avcs hard pipe with a braided. I'm sure I fitted the same injectors in my bug without spacers.

Unless I'm not seeing something here I cant see your problem. Which end are you connecting onto the turbo.

Gold bit with right angle into the turbo.

cant fit the banjo to block as it doubles for avcs,

tried taking banjo out of oil line and fit to where i seperated the vf35,

but my oil line is an4 female
the part coming off the block is m12x1.0

so i need a female m12x1.0 to male an4 adapter

soo hard to find

Still cant really see your problem surely where your old take off/feed came from you can refit braided line to turbo.

See if these help anyone understand my problem !!

Gold restrictor end of oil feed goes onto the turbo.

I cannot fit my Banjo (Blue Arrow) to the block (other pic yellow arrow)
because it supplies the avcs.

So i unscrewed the banjo (Blue) from the Female end of the feed (Black)

I then Try to screw the Female end of feed (Black) onto the Male partcoming off the block (Red). but although they are the same size they are a different thread and will not go together.

Am i doing something stupid ?
I was told this oil feed i have came off a 2006 car and i will need an adapter ?
I attached a pic of what i think i need but cannot find any in uk ?
I need it ASAP and can only find in ebay Australia

Mmm see your problem now. Improvise or go to a hydraulic wholesalers and I'm 99% sure they will sort you out with some fittings to suit. Forgot the avcs doubles up as the turbo feed. You could possibly get a longer banjo bolt and blank the turbo feed till you get an adapter.

If you contact the guy in the ebay add I supplied, he can supply a braided hose that fits to the red arrow!!! It will come with the bolt for the turbo end and you can fit to your exsisting oil feed.(red arrow) I know the add says vf34 but I got a gt30 braided from him.

Great help guys,

Now next problem lol,

The Power Enterprise 800cc Top Feeds I have appear to be much larger than the Pinks im taking out.
They also do not have the rubber ring that goes on the nozzle/tip of the pinks.
Do i need to reuse this rubber ring from my old pinks ?
I ordered replacement seals from PE and only recieved the 3 you see on them.

Also when fitted with or without the rubber seal at the bottom they are still much taller than the pinks and the fuel rail is very tight.
Am i missing something ?

Anyone else had similar issues ??

You need to use the rubber seals on the tips so they seal into the manifold, you can use your old ones. The fuel rails should bolt down securely but they will be tight.

Managed to get hold of Kev at scoobyclinic.
Great help. He has sent an adapter first class signed for that should arrive tomorrow. So oil feed sorted.

As far as injectors. All the rubber seals came out nicley so can reuse them.
Hopefully can get fuel rail to fit nicely afterwards and then im still on for mapping on Thursday !!

once you get used to the powerband being shifted up by 500-1000 rpm,

but when that turbo wakes up its crazy

I made my own water feed for turbo. But you can do the same for oil feed. The hose I used is fine under pressure and heat.

make a hose out of this kit:

Braided Hose

Banjo

You might need to double check the sizes, but you can get the banjos in anysize. The fit of the hose is good over the end of the banjo, but I reinforced this with black sealant on the inside (near top of thread) and bolt hose clamps on the outside. Been on the car for 4 months now and zero issues or leaks
