Blown fuse is the answer but what is the question?
So I blew a slow blow fuse 30A and today I get a replacment fuse from subaru and installed it but I'm getting the battery light and abs illuminating when I Rev it. When it's idling the are off but as soon as move the throttle they come on, so I checked the battery and when was off it was reading 11.5 which is low but I was turning it over while I understood what was happening. However when I started it it was putting out 18V and that was at idle. Is it me or is that a tad to hugh?
Replaced the alternator today with a 08 hatch and now I'm getting 13.4v but the battery and headlights are cooked, battery is only 7mths old and it's not even been used for half of that as was off the road.
That's bad luck.
What of the ecu? Headlight bulbs about £25, battery Yuasa, about £60.
Well I put ne alternator on and started it with a booster and it ran fine (bit **** as O2 sensor is unplugged) I checked everything else and seems fine but only time will tell I guess. I hope this it is fine as just taken office job and taken a pay cut of 1000 a month

Well that sounds like a silly thing to do..... 12000 a year. 62000 in 5 years, could owe 50% of a house in 5 hrs. ....

Yea was out on site mainly in London away from my pregnant woman, it's more about planning for the future I'm now in a trainee position on 22,000 a year I work 8-4 but am showing willing by getting there early and what not. I don't want to be on site when I'm at retirement like some others there. I have never worked in a office and would struggle to get a job doing anything else where. My cv will look good now as I started 7 years ago subbing to them then after three they took me to work for them direct then after a year I got made to supervisor. So then three years after that they willingly took me into the office after I said I wanted to leave. It's not ideal after making 40,000 a year to take a drop like that but hopefully not forever.
Well if it's any consolation I'm on the brink of leaving a £55k a year job for £23k (starting) a year job. The last few years have taught me it's not all about money. The best of luck.
