Default Running Lean and no boost?

Hi,

I have a 2001 bugeyed Subaru Impreza WRX.

Basically my car started to over boost and hit fuel cut. Pulled well before boost started to creep and probably over fuelled slightly.

Anyway It was booked in on a rolling road day and so when I went I mentioned this to the guy at the rolling road garage. He had a look and found 2 split boost pipes split. Great I thought, fixed.

Anyway one run on the rollers and the guy said I'm going to have to stop it's running very very lean. One the way home the car felt very slow and was only making 0.5 bar of boost and had a lean smell too it.

Anyone any idea of where to start looking? More so why it can go from running rich to running lean just from a boost pipe?

Thanks,
Lee

where they able to provide any other insight at the dyno day? Have you checked for any possible codes or other split vac pipes hiding around.
