Do you have a exhaust leak, mine is leaking where the turbo bolts to the up pipe and the "smoke" comes out from the scoop! But mine sounds like a tractor. How thick is the smoke ?

Does it smell like burnt oil?, if it does have a look at the bottom of the drivers side cam covers...chances are the cam cover is dripping oil into the exhaust headers/up pipe which looks like the smoke comes from the turbo and out of the scoop

just red on a few other forums that due to the smoke being white it could be coolant somewhere dripping onto the exhaust

Pretty sure if it's coolant you would know by the smell. Hot coolant smell is obvious.

white is usually water/coolant and blue oil related. you do have a water feed to your turbo so check that for leaks also.

maybe water seeps out when cold but it seals when hot as metal expands? who knows bud these things can be hard to diagnose. if you had access to ramps it would be easier to see whats going on down there. park the car over a flat cardboard box over night and see if there is any leaks or spills in the morning. if not start the car and let it tick over for 10 mins then reverse off the cardboard and have a look again.
