Default heater problems

Hi I have just purchased my self another impreza after a few years without. When I looked at it all worked fine then half way home the blower stopped working. Stopped when I got to a mates and it started working again and did for a couple off days but had now stopped again. It makes no difference if it's on auto or not and same with ac on and off. When you turn the dial on you can hear a click from a relay near the fuse board it sounds and if the ac is put on can hear a fan come on in engine bay. Thanks in advance

Poor connection to fans? Or at the fan switch?

Hi mate I have had the panel with the control ***** off and checked both multi pin connection blocks are in fine. Wasn't sure on the locations of any switches / relays / motors that I should check. Thanks

There are a set of resistances for the fan speeds, they spmetimes go open circuit. Check those. Where though?
