Default Milltek Downpipe

Just a quick 1, Ive got a milltek turbo back fitted to my hatch sti getting fed up with the response from milltek regarding a technical fault so am going to take the cat back to the skip

Now, Im looking at getting an Invidia N1 or Q300 system will that mate up to the milltek downpipe / 2nd decat as i want to keep the sports cat as i hear what these are like regarding boost creep with decatted down pipes

Regards

Dan

from their website it states that the sport cat must be fitted with the milltek catback
http://www.millteksport.com/exhaust....?variantid=283

though im not so sure why - i would assume they would be standard downpipe length no matter what

the only thing i can think is the orientation of the flange but it looks std also!

so you may need to contact your friends in milltek again

what was the fault you had with their cat back?

Thanks bud, they're website was down when I asked

I can't see no reason either unless it's the flange angle which differs but if that's the case I'll cut and re weld it on

This is the issue I'm having, 2 holes on the back box

Excuse the mess, had to try cover it with paste to quiet the blowing noise down!

Thing is with milltek, is they make their pipes longer/shorter so you can't mix n match, they want you to buy whole system when using their stuff.
I had it before on other car and had to use flanges to make up gap.
I've used milltek again but this time I've had a custom center pipe made.

That probably wont be such a bad thing then, As i do need a 2nd Decat making so ill just get my friend who works as a power flow dealer to make a link pipe for the 2 that way it'll ensure a good fit between to 2
