I’m making up an intake system.
I want to get rid of the short ram “Warm air intake” I have now..
Basically a HKS mushroom mounted directly to a MAF mount then on to the inlet elbow for the turbo.
I’m installing a snorkel/ram and air box and extending the inlet piping to a pod filter inside
Does the MAF sensor have to be in a particular location?
Does it have to be installed at the filter/ intake end or at the intake elbow before the turbo.
Just as easy to put either (just extend the wires if it’s at the filter).
I'll have to do a bit of chopping of the box for my Front mount tubing, but i dont see any dram with that one.
