Default Knocking from passenger side rear

After a motorway run yesterday, my 97 Type R has started to knock on rear passenger side.

Whilst driving at 70mph its fine, no noise. But once I slow to 30-40mph or turn off the motorway, the rear of the car starts knocking (passenger side only).

Just hoping for some ideas, as after an initial inspection, nothing can be seen that may cause it.

Its on standard suspension with no handling mods... All bushes will be original.

Cheers

Could be lots of things to be honest. When I had a strange knock I took my car to a mates garage and put it over his pit. I got in the pit under the car and had my mate bounce the car up and down. I soon found that it was a drop link bush.

Another vote for droplink bushes too. That's what was causing a similar noise from mine, and very cheap and easy to replace. The first set I bought, were noticeably thinner than the original (OEM) items and they only lasted a matter of months before they started quite obviously knocking again. I replaced those ones with these from eBay (if you want a recommendation) and they appear to be the same as the OEM originals and of OEM quality, so should hopefully last a lot longer. 6 months on, and no problems so far.

I'm due to change the drop links in the next few weeks anyways, so hopefully it is that... Any other ideas of what it could be?
