wiring on power folding mirrors.....
I finaly got around to doing the folding mirrors on my blobeye, the mirrors I bought where from a bug but they fit fine. This evening I started to fit these and i have them on but the wiring looks to be a pain unfortunately so I'm just after any advice. First thing I came across was the mirror plugs are different so I cant just plug right into the door, but I was just going to cut the old plug off and join it to the folding mirrors. I did this but as there are a couple differences in wires I couldn't get my mirror to move down...., only the other directions lol. The original plug for the car has a white/blue, red, black and 2 greens. The new plug from the folding mirrors has white\blue, red, black, green, brown and grey.
I connected the obvious colours up red,black,white\blue and this gave me left and right movement. I tried the greens but could only get up and not down.... Any ideas? Or where I could find various wiring diagrams?
The center console plug that connects to the new switch is also blank where the 2 new connections go but I'm sure I can get 2 small space connections in there.
Any help be much appreciated

Brown and grey are my open close wires. I got everything working to a extent. My door loom doesn't seem to have the wires I need to tap into so I'm going to have to run wires from my switch out through my door and upto the mirrors....that's going bto be fun

Easy enough. You identify the two extra terminals on the switch, run a pair of wires from each. Let's call them A and B, Y and Z.
Run A and B to the left mirror, connect A> grey, B> brown.
Run Y and Z to the right hand mirror, connect Y> grey, Z> brown.
Do all this temporarily across the car.
Operate switch. If the mirrors go in when they are supposed to and out when they are supposed to, all is fine. Mark and run wires properly before connecting again.
If either, or both, mirrors do the opposite of what you want, just swap over A and B, and/or Y and Z, with the grey/bown, ie: A>brown, Y> brown, B> Grey, Z> grey.
Once you have the mirrors as you want them, note what colour goes with which and run the wires under the dash as pairs.
On mine, I came out through the grommet in the door pillar and went in via the grommet in the door, taping the pair of wires to the existing loom.
