Default 94 WRX import - no boost

Hi, I'm new to Scoobynet. I hope you guys will be kind 'cos I have a '66 T2 vw
with a WRX 2.0L turbo (import) lump. It was an unfinished project which I have now nearly completed. She drives well with a whole lot more power than my previous busses. But, according to my boost gauge (plumbed into one of the inlet manifold vac lines) it only boosts to 0 (minus .6Bar on idle).

The turbo is a TD05H. 3 port Boost control solenoid

The checks I've done so far are:
Turbine/compressor spin freely
Compressor nut not loose
Plumbing seems to be OK (as per pics I found on this forum)
Wastegate seems to seat nicely
Wastegate actuator seems operational
Wastegate actuator solenoid seems operational
Pressure exchange solenoid seems operational

Could the MAP be a problem?
I don't seem to have a restrictor pill in the line from the bottom port on the BCS to the Air intake
Any advice gratefully accepted.

needs a restrictor pill mate, think its 1.2mm but do your checks on here mate.

What engine management are you using? Have you transferred the ECU, wiring harnesses etc from the donor car?

Thannks,matthewn & mickywrx,
The loom is scoobi from the donor car and it's a W6 ecu. All the wiring back to the ecu checks out. Any ideas?

By the way, I've got no error codes, but being an obdI ecu I can't get my mate to plug in his machine.

might be wrong but w6 is a ecu from a wagon so may have different map than a saloon/hatchback.
