Default engine numbers

Hay guys new to the Scooby seen so bort my 2003 wrx blob last Monday 315bhp couple of upgrades pritty fun coming from a 1.25 fiesta :P have just noticed a couple of numbers down the side of the can belt cover in yellow paint pen :\ not sure if these are breakers numbers or just number where work has been taken out guessing the first 1 so looking to find out if it was swapped out for the same or something els, so where could I find the engine code on the block to match up with the log book or a online list any help would be appreciated.

Yellow paint pen is not from the factory so could be cam belt change date ?
Engine number is on the back,top right of the bell housing.

Its more like a mileage but dose not match up with any of the history , just found my engine number anyone know of a list I could match it up to and check what it is.
