Default Juddering at low speed

Had a screw in one of my rear tyres so removed it thursday and put the space saver on. All fine until this morning when the car has started juddering under acceleration. I've checked the nuts just in case, and the engine is running fine. A have noticed that was the space saver is a little low on air now, but it's in for 2 new tyres in the morning. Any ideas? Hopefully new tyres will resolve it and there's no lasting damage.

What size are the normal wheels and tyres in comparison to the space saver? Perhaps there's a difference in overall diameter thats causing the diff some problems?

It's the standard pff7's and the WR1's 18" space saver. I'm just hoping it's where the tyres a bit squidgy, and it's causing a difference in the rolling circumference.

I ran my wr1 for two days on the space saver for same reason, I had no juddering at all, I had it on the rear, didn't go over 40mph though

Thankfully it must've been the low pressure in the spare. The reason why they say to keep it inflated to 60psi I suppose. 2 new tyres, back on the original rims and all is good. Apart from the tossers breaking the clips on both centre caps! They're going to be easy and cheap to replace.

Ouch, do they stay on still? My old ones stayed on with 2 clips next to each other broken, I was lucky enough to pick up a spare set a month or so ago that were very good condition
