It should go out once the car is started. If it's on then its probably on for a reason. Unless another bulb is somehow misaligned and causing light to seep through but that's highly unlikely. Either check codes if its a classic or get a reader if its a newage.

Its a classic with Alcatek. It's not on fully lit, only in ingition. Also it flashes while im indicating. It basically stays on all the time faintly and flashes when i indicate so im guessing theres some sort of bulb fault? Or wiring?
