Default LOOKING FOR NEW MECHANIC/GARAGE

Hello guys, got very disappointed with the usual mechanic I've been using. Very unprofessional and doesn't leave me with confidence. So I'm looking for a trustworthy garage or even a mobile mechanic close to St Helens area, that have experience working on scoobys. Got two rear absorbers and possibly rear bearing that needs fitting.

I found Adgespeed in Irlam recently mate, completed some work for me on mine. Adrian is a top bloke. Sometimes only works a couple of days a week and where most places would have you in and out in a day, mine was in for a couple. Apart from that, can't fault the work or the price and he took time to talk me through what he would do and I spent an hour there talking about the car and imprezas in general. He kept all my old parts and asked if I wanted any of them back etc....

Probably a few good places out there but can only speak of Adgespeed being my only experience of a scooby garage in this area. I'm sure others will point you to a few places with similar examples of good work.

Thanks for reply Peter.

I came across Adgespeed when doing a internet search, they are deffo a garage to consider if i need engine work done. But for smaller stuff i really could do with something local. My car is my main mode of transport, if the car is in longer than a day then i have to use holidays to allow it to be done. I'm confident to do a lot of work, but most of it requires proper tools i dont have access to.
