V4 TPS Help. readings and set up, insight ...

Issue was V4 STi Code 31 CEL (TPS)
Car felt like it had dead spot. Tested and #'s were out of whack so I ordered new one. Same test results. AWHILE later I have found the issue.
All JDM's at least up to MY99 use a reverse volt system.
So CLOSED throttle should be set to 4.4-4.7 volts and not .5. I set my V4 to 4.7 and it has fixed all the issues.
Also to note that the Gen 1's also used this reversed system.
At least here in the USA.
So if you measure your TPS and it has HIGH readings when closed - you know which you have.
