Default Smoking Scoobie

Chaps, my sons 2003 Blobeye has 40000 miles on the clock and has been parked nose first on my drive for 2-3 weeks. My drive has a 5-6 degree incline and every time I start his car for him being every couple of days, smoke and burning oil smell comes from under the bonnet. Just looking after the car for him whilst away but believe its a WRX 2.0 Turbo, just concerned about the smoke n oil. Checkered the dipstick and its low. Any thoughts from you scoobie experts ???

Rocker covers often leak and burn oil but not to the extent that the level drops noticeably (usually). Imprezas are a bitch to get a reliable oil level reading from so don't trust the reading you have on a slope.

Starting a car every few days and not getting it up too a good temp with driving does more harm than good, if its only 3 weeks id be leaving it be.
As above very common fault is the drivers side rocker gasket failing due to heat from the downpip/turbo

Also check the turbo oil feed pipe as well, I had one start leaking just before Xmas and gives off a strong smell of burning oil and smoke from the bonnet vent. Look for signs of oil around the turbo hot side.

Don't believe the dip stick, mine gives me different readings everytime lol

Is the car decatted if you know? How bad is the smoke? If it's white smoke it's normal for it to be white while it gets to temperature and especially if it's decatted, mapped etc
