I replaced all my bushes quite a few years ago with powerflex items. Yes it was a bit of a pain at times but I percivered and got them done. You will need a puller to get some of the bushes out.

The job I was in gave me a full workshop to use but on some I still had to use some improvisation with assorted nut, bolts, washers and sockets. As it was nearly 10 years ago I cannot remember how much I paid

This is my reply in a similar thread a few weeks ago. Beware that those kits don't usually include every bush just the main ones.
"I have worked this out before on another thread and cant be arsed to do it again lol.
But you need:
Front wishbone front bush x2
Front wishbone rear bush x2 (Or ALK)
Steering rack bushes x2
ARB front bushes x2
ARB rear bushes x2
Rear diff outrigger bushes x2
Rear diff to cradle bushes x2
Rear diff cradle to chassis bushes x4
Trailing arm front x2
Trailing arm rear (to hub) x2
Lateral link arm bushes x8
You can also go with gearbox cradle bushes/dampers which are another £30 or so.
Different companies call the components by different names which doesn't help.
In total you are looking (rough guess) £500 for a whole set.
Don't get cheapo ones. There are loads of pics on the net of cheapo ones failing in very dangerous ways. Only go with the likes of Powerflex or Super Pro.
Fitting is the issue. Some of the OE bushes require massive effort to remove. I.e. using a welding torch, hydrolic presses etc. I have managed to make do with hand tools: hacksaw, blow torch, pullers, pillar drill, big chisels and big hammers to do a set but my god was it long, difficult and frustrating. Add to that that you may want to replace the bolts for these parts if they are all rusted up. A set of genuine bolts for the above components is about £250-£300. But that's worse case scenario and most people wouldn't go that far (I'm just **** about fitting old rusty bits back on.
Don't let all that put you off. It is a good mod. But please don't think it's a cheap or simple one. I would recommend getting a garage to do all the hard work. Get a price and then it's their problem not yours."

it is looking like an expensive job , well for my budget anyway , im also a long way of doing this , i putting together all the bits and pieces i need to do the brakes and then the timing belt , then theres the small bits of rust on the bodywork, but im thinking while im doing them there are other things i could do like pulley kits , polybushes,
the plan is to slowly get all the things i need ,ready for the better weather ,so just now im researching prices and options

Hi there
As above please speak with Alyn@AS Performance,he is dealer for few companies like Hardrace and SuperPro etc and he will able to help you and point you right direction
And how much this will cost, really depends on garage,I would ask few garages in yours area what they think about doing this
Thanks,Jura
