Default engine decision... What to do?

Some of you may know I've just bought a type r shell plan is to start building up parts etc...

so what to do engine wise??

I know I'm going for a Newage bottom end.. but heads what shall I do? Keep the V5 heads and possibly cam and port them???

Or how difficult is it to shove a full AVCS heads in there?? No going fir mega power 400 bhp is... well whatever 5speed can hold lol

Cheers ryan

Me I would be putting a set of v3/4 sti heads on as they have more aggressive cams with a sti v8 bottom end and 5speed dccd set with ACT Extreme Organic clutch or Competition clutch .
