I have done a search but found two different answers, a guy posted up a list on here of the different sizes for different models which says the v4sti uses a 1.5mm restrictor but two other people have said 0.9mm.
Does anyone know what a suitable size would be.

A v4 Sti uses a 1.5mm restrictor fitted adjacent to the top port of the std three port solenoid.

A Uk V4 uses a two port solenoid, that uses a 1.2 mm restrictor fitted between the tee piece and turbo

The V5 Sti uses a two port solenoid with a 0.9mm restrictor fitted between the turbo and tee piece.

So the V4 Sti is unique in this

Thanks Bob, so what port does the pill fit in? It says ajacent to the top port does that actually mean the top port? I thought the pill in 3 ports usually goes in the bottom port venting back to the intake!
